Delivery and warranty
Delivery is usually within seven days. Each device comes with a welcome pack and charging cable. We provide a one-year device warranty, handled in-house. Contact us by email for faults or returns. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; statutory faulty-goods rights are separate.
Emergency help
The general email inbox is not an emergency response channel. Our 24/7 monitoring service is accessed through an activated alarm. If you are in an immediate emergency and can call directly, dial 999.
