Your pendant arrives ready to use out of the box. We programme it for you before dispatch, so there’s no programming for you to do. Your welcome pack explains how to charge your device and make your first test call.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
A few useful details.
Is SIM connectivity included?
Yes. Your subscription includes 60 minutes and 250 MB of mobile data per month, per device, subject to fair usage. These allowances reset monthly. If you exceed them, we will notify you.
When does monitoring start?
We programme your device before dispatch, ready to use out of the box. Follow your welcome pack to charge it and make your first test call. An enquiry or downloaded plan does not start a service.
Does UK-wide mean it works everywhere?
No. Availability depends on the relevant network coverage, a charged and functioning device, and a successful alarm connection. Ask us about suitability before choosing your alarm.
Can I return it or report a fault?
Contact hello@kindassist.co.uk. We provide a one-year in-house device warranty in addition to your statutory rights. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Read returns and warranty terms.
