We welcome enquiries from care and nursing homes, hospitals, schools, cleaning and sanitation teams, parks and visitor attractions, and prisons or secure settings about potential adult-user or staff arrangements.
Organisational suitability needs assessment before purchase. The watch is not presented as a medical monitoring system, child-tracking service, security system or a replacement for workplace safety procedures.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
A few useful details.
Is SIM connectivity included?
Yes. Your subscription includes 60 minutes and 250 MB of mobile data per month, per device, subject to fair usage. These allowances reset monthly. If you exceed them, we will notify you.
When does monitoring start?
We programme your device before dispatch, ready to use out of the box. Follow your welcome pack to charge it and make your first test call. An enquiry or downloaded plan does not start a service.
Does UK-wide mean it works everywhere?
No. Availability depends on the relevant network coverage, a charged and functioning device, and a successful alarm connection. Ask us about suitability before choosing your alarm.
Can I return it or report a fault?
Contact hello@kindassist.co.uk. We provide a one-year in-house device warranty in addition to your statutory rights. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Read returns and warranty terms.
